Frequently Asked Questions
Q.Do we allow alcohol at the barn?
A.
Alcohol is not permitted on the property. While we do not actively monitor your event, our building is equipped with cameras, and we expect all renters and guest to respect our property and policies.
Q.Can we extend the rental time?
A.
Unfortunately, no. Out of respect for our surrounding neighbors, quiet time begins at 10 p.m. sharp, with no exceptions. All music and festivities must conclude by this time.
Q.Do we provide linens or tableware?
A.
No, we do not provide table linens. However, we always recommend our friends over at iParty for great rental options. If you prefer to buy, The Tablecloth Factory is always our go-to choice.
Q.Do we allow inflatables?
A.
Absolutely! Smaller, toddler-sized inflatables are welcome inside the barn. Larger inflatables and waterslides are permitted outside on the property. Electrical outlets are located on the far right side of the barn.
Q.Does the barn have heat and AC?
A.
Yes, the barn does have both heat and air conditioning. However, please be mindful that it takes a lot of energy to heat or cool the space. If you choose to open any of the garage doors, it may take quite a while for the temperature to return to a comfortable level.
Q.What if we need to cancel?
A.
We understand that things happen and plans can change quickly. If you’ve paid in full, we’re happy to refund your payment, minus the 25% deposit, which is non-refundable.
We also gladly offer a rain check option, which allows you to choose any other available date for a future event. You’ll have up to one year to use your rain check, giving you flexibility to reschedule at your convenience.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.
Yes all orders require a 25% NONREFUNDABLE Credit Card deposit.
Q.Am I responsible for the barn if it get's damaged in any way?
A.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
